F1 Village — Zone 1 & Zone 4, the real fan zone
Race simulators, driver Q&As, and a design lab — the free activities half of race weekend
Two separate F1 Villages run across the weekend, one in Zone 1 near the pit straight, one in Zone 4 on the Padang side, and they're genuinely worth knowing apart since your ticket zone determines which one you can actually reach. Both run merchandise stalls, bars, and food and beverage outlets, but the real draw is the activity stations: race simulators, reaction games, and a remote-control car challenge run by beIN Sports, alongside a Singapore GP-themed LEGO display.
Zone 1's Wharf Stage hosts the F1 Drivers' Fan Forum, a live Q&A with different teams appearing each day, Friday 2:30-3:10pm and Saturday 3:10-3:40pm in 2026, genuinely one of the only chances all weekend to see drivers up close outside the car. A valid Zone 1 ticket is required to attend.
Zone 4's F1 Village houses the Amex Fan Experience, free for every race attendee regardless of ticket tier once you scan the on-site QR code and register, first-come first-served, subject to capacity. It's part arcade, part studio: a trivia-powered "Driver Evaluation" head-to-head race with live emcees, a booth to film your own slow-motion driver intro, and a "Livery Designer" corner where you design your own team colours and print them as a postcard.
Neither village needs advance booking, and both are included with any valid race-weekend ticket, this is genuinely free entertainment layered on top of what you've already paid for, not an upsell.
Why it's special
Most Grand Prix weekends leave the hours between sessions as dead time. Singapore's two F1 Villages are a real answer to that: activities that don't require a grandstand ticket tier upgrade, don't cost extra once you're inside, and give you something concrete to do rather than just wait for the next session. The driver Fan Forum in particular is a rare, genuine chance to see the grid up close and hear them speak directly to fans, not a manufactured photo-op, and the fact that both villages exist in different zones means there's a real reason to explore beyond just your own grandstand, not just background colour to the race itself.

What to avoid
Don't assume your ticket zone gets you into both villages, a Zone 4 ticket doesn't reach the Zone 1 Wharf Stage Fan Forum, and vice versa. And don't skip registering for the Amex Fan Experience early in the day assuming you can do it anytime, it's capacity-limited and first-come, first-served, so a late-afternoon walk-up isn't guaranteed entry.
